Responsibilities
Conducts research, studies, and surveys to obtain qualitative and quantitative data relevant to information technology systems and operations
Analyzes complex technical problems and evaluates alternative solutions to support organizational objectives
Applies knowledge of theories, principles, and technologies within a defined field of specialization to develop recommendations and technical guidance
Plans and carries out assignments independently, relying on professional experience and judgment to determine appropriate methods and approaches
Designs, develops, evaluates, or improves systems, applications, or processes related to information technology functions
Performs a wide range of complex and interrelated tasks requiring analytical thinking, innovation, and adaptability
Collaborates with stakeholders to identify requirements, interpret findings, and communicate technical concepts effectively
Prepares reports, documentation, and presentations to summarize findings, analyses, and recommended solutions
Qualification
Required
BS/BA in Computer Science, Mathematics, related field, or equivalent
6-8 years of experience in IT support
Must have an understanding of computer network cabling and network file and print services
Proficiency in computer applications: Windows and Microsoft Office applications, required
Must have strong oral and written communication skills
Citizenship: US Citizen or Green Card holder
Clearance: Must be able to pass a background check for a public trust
Bachelor's (Required)
Government IT: 6 years (Required)
