Responsibilities
Work effectively within a team environment, sharing progress, asking for help when needed, and providing constructive feedback
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to team discussions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of agile best practices, relevant technologies, and security standards
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools
Execute automated tests and analyze results
Write and maintain test cases in a centralized library
Investigate and troubleshoot software defects
Monitor and track bug fixes and resolution progress
Contribute to improving QA processes and methodologies
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging testing technologies
Create and maintain testing documentation
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in both manual and automated testing
Solid understanding of QA methodologies
Test automation frameworks
CI/CD integration
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to team discussions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of agile best practices, relevant technologies, and security standards
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools
Execute automated tests and analyze results
Write and maintain test cases in a centralized library
Investigate and troubleshoot software defects
Monitor and track bug fixes and resolution progress
Contribute to improving QA processes and methodologies
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging testing technologies
Create and maintain testing documentation
Minimum 4 years of experience in software testing
Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
Experience with API testing (Postman, JMeter)
Experience with test case management tools (TestRail or similar)
At least one foundational certification such as CAST (Certified Associate in Software Testing) or CSTE (Certified Software Tester)
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
