Responsibilities
Leading a high-performing team of Program Managers and DSPs — mentoring, coaching, and building a positive and collaborative culture
Owning the operations — from crisis intervention to continuous improvement, quality assurance to compliance with all things HCPF, CDPHE, and Medicaid Waivers
Driving data-informed decisions — overseeing billing, charge reports, and budgetary performance across all programs
Innovating with heart — bringing a person-centered, forward-thinking mindset to every residential plan, meeting, and initiative
Working cross-functionally — ensuring residents receive wraparound support, healthcare, transportation, and everything they need to thrive
Qualification
Required
Passionate about empowering people
Ability to manage a dynamic team
Experience managing a multi-million dollar budget
Experience overseeing residential programs (Group Homes, Host Homes, Personal Care Alternatives, and Independent Living)
Ability to lead a high-performing team of Program Managers and DSPs
Experience in crisis intervention, continuous improvement, quality assurance, and compliance with HCPF, CDPHE, and Medicaid Waivers
Ability to drive data-informed decisions
