Accurate preparation of documents in order to complete and enter vendor invoice for payment
Creating Spreadsheets to maximize efficiencies
Willingness to cross train in both A/P and A/R departments
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree in Accounting or 2 years' experience using Integrated Accounting Programs
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Professional interaction with customers and coworkers
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with customers, vendors and employees at all levels of the organization promptly and professionally
Ability to multitask, adapt to and operate in a fast-paced, changing environment
Excellent communication skills
Trained and efficient with general office equipment
Excellent attendance required
