Area Sales Manager
Trajectory Recruiting is seeking an Area Sales Manager to join a pioneering industrial technology company that engineers the future of electrical safety and operational excellence. The role involves leading revenue efforts across a dynamic, multi-state territory, blending strategic territory leadership with hands-on business development.
Responsibilities
Oversee and enable reps/distributors to drive pipeline and close deals
Build customer relationships through on-site visits (~50% travel)
Lead proactive outreach using CRM (HubSpot), email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Deliver technical presentations and application-based demos
Represent the company at tradeshows and major industry events
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Industrial/electrical sales experience
CRM-savvy (HubSpot a plus)
Strategic mindset + strong execution muscle
Enthusiasm for travel, innovation, and customer engagement
