Responsibilities

Conduct initial and remedial training for new and existing Swisslog Healthcare pneumatic tube system installation subcontractors in accordance with the training program syllabus
Responsible for periodic quality checks on installation progress and standards
Successfully administer and manage training and quality through site visits, completing appropriate inspections, and reporting findings to all stakeholders
Implement corrective actions as required
Effective communication, written and verbal, are essential to the success of this role
May be required to conduct installation activities on a case-by-case basis for corrective work or small projects if a subcontractor could not be identified
Frequent overnight travel (60-80%) is required

Required

Strong knowledge of the hospital construction industry, with an aptitude for three-dimensional visualization and systems design concepts

Preferred

3-5 years of experience installing pneumatic tube systems preferred
Plumbing and/or mechanical piping systems in a leadership role and in a semi-unsupervised capacity will also be considered
Demonstrated experience as a trainer of individuals or small groups on pneumatic tube installation techniques
