They are seeking an Electronics Manufacturing RF Technician III who will be responsible for manufacturing electronic assemblies and serving as the primary point-of-contact for testing and qualifying these assemblies, working closely with manufacturing and design engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Manufacturing of Cesium’s diverse array of electronic assemblies for space and aerospace platforms
Serve as Cesium’s in-house expert and primary point-of-contact for testing and qualifying Cesium’s assemblies
Conduct highly technical manufacturing/design analysis and root cause of non-conformances
Perform administrative functions like supplier review and process documentation

Required

An Associate of Applied Science (AA) with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience
Extensive directly related experience may qualify in lieu of education requirement
Experience with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) of electronics hardware
Knowledge of industry standards such as IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001
Experience with nonconformance documentation, root cause analysis, corrective action systems, and acceptance criteria
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience in statistical process control
Experience in aerospace or other high-reliability industries
Proficiency with PLM and ERP software
Proficiency in AS9100/ISO9001 quality management system requirements
Proficiency in lean manufacturing methodologies
Experience successfully tackling multiple high-priority tasks
