Statistical Programming Analyst (Hybrid)
TM Floyd & Company is seeking a Statistical Programming Analyst to join their team in Columbia, SC. The role involves ensuring data integrity, assisting the data warehouse team, and utilizing programming skills to create insightful reports and transition from SAS and SQL to Python.

Responsibilities
Ensure data integrity and manage standard/routine processes at the beginning of each month
Assist the data warehouse team with table loads, ensuring data completeness and accuracy
Run standard/routine processes against updated data and deliver reports
Create ad hoc reports and work directly with customers to ensure information relevance and accuracy
Utilize programming skills to create useful and insightful reporting
Transition from SAS and SQL to Python by the end of 2026
Expand data visualization tools to include dashboarding and modeling
Qualification
Required
4 years of experience in statistical programming or statistical interpretation
5 years of experience with statistical practices
5 years of experience with statistical software and relational databases
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong reporting skills with a focus on mathematical computations using programming languages
Bachelor's or master's degree in statistics/biostatistics, mathematics, computer science, or another job-related field
Preferred
Preferred experience with SAS and/or Python, Databricks, and SQL
Experience converting SAS to Python is highly desired
Master's degree preferred
