Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients to discuss their legal needs
Qualify leads by gathering information and assessing the potential client’s needs for legal services
Schedule consultations and appointments with attorneys for qualified clients
Follow up with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
Clearly explain the firm’s services and practice areas, ensuring potential clients understand their options
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and outcomes in the firm's CRM system
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a sales, call center, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
Fluent Spanish and English
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle a high volume of calls efficiently
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
