Conveo is an AI research platform that provides fast, affordable consumer and B2B research. They are seeking a Performance Marketer to own paid growth across multiple channels, systematically expanding their marketing efforts and ensuring effective measurement and conversion paths.

Responsibilities
Scale paid growth across all channels (excluding Linkedin, see other role.)
Build the paid channel portfolio
Identify which channels match our buyers + intent
Test quickly with clean measurement
Scale winners, kill losers
Document learnings so the system compounds
Own conversion paths end-to-end
Landing pages convert
Offers match intent
Tracking is usable
Funnels are coherent
Run experiments like a machine
Hypotheses, test design, velocity
Creative angle libraries
Offer testing
Audience testing
Budget allocation frameworks
Be performance-native, not platform-native
You adapt to wherever the attention and economics are best, not where you feel comfortable
Qualification
Required
Proven track record scaling performance across multiple paid channels (especially Linkedin!)
Strong measurement instincts + comfort with imperfect attribution
High speed of execution
Great judgment on creative, hooks, and offers
Ownership mentality
Preferred
Experience with B2B SaaS motion (demos, sales cycles, pipeline)
Experimentation frameworks and tool fluency
Ability to build lightweight automations for reporting
