As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will focus on optimizing email strategies to drive engagement among small business owners, managing day-to-day email execution and providing actionable insights to meet organizational KPIs.

Responsibilities

Manage day to day email execution including targeting, optimization, scheduling and coordination with the creative team
Optimize existing owner touchpoints including content, cadence and creative
Build customized and automated owner flows leveraging data collected during the owner onboarding process so that the owner experience is optimized based on where they are at with their business
Evaluate existing ESP and where there needs to be integrated tools and services so our email communications can scale
Provide reporting, actionable insights and adapt to refine performance to meet organization wide KPIs
Develop and implement testing strategy for one off emails, weekly communications and automated flows
Develop communications touchpoints plan for launch of new products and services, manage the implementation of and test and refine as needed
Manage email programs required across the organization including in support of Partner Success and our Enterprise sales

Qualification

Email marketingSalesforce Marketing CloudMarketing automationAnalytical skillsWritten communication

Required

Minimum of a BA degree in a related field
2-3 years of proven experience as an email marketing specialist
Proficiency in marketing automation technology including Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Excellent written communication skills with experience working and building relationships cross functionally
Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data

Preferred

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly desirable
