Responsibilities
Respond to associate inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and leaves of absence via phone, email, and dashboard reports
Provide guidance on medical, personal, disability, family leave, pay during leave, and job protection
Document call summaries and processing activities in the ServiceNow case management system
Ensure compliance with company, state, city, and federal regulations, including FMLA, ERISA, state disability, family leave, and sick leave policies
Perform accurate and timely leave administration, leveraging dashboard reports to manage workload
Utilize HR policies, procedures, and internal resources to continuously build subject-matter knowledge
Maintain confidentiality and privacy of sensitive associate information
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent — REQUIRED
Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Exceptional customer service and follow-through
Ability to maintain confidentiality and apply privacy standards
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and systems
Ability to work effectively on a team while remaining flexible
Strong knowledge retention and resource utilization skills
Ability to work under pressure
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree — Preferred
1–2 years of related HR or customer service experience — Preferred
