Responsibilities

Collaborate with Engineering to ensure roadmap readiness while influencing supplier and internal leadership to align on long-term objectives
Deliver on expected cost-saving goals and implement risk management strategies to ensure assurance of supply for mission-critical components
Lead the negotiation of Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) and development contracts with minimal oversight to secure favorable terms
Manage a portfolio of Tier-1 silicon suppliers, driving continuous performance improvement through proactive ownership independently
Establish and execute procurement strategies for GPUs and SoCs (x86, ARM) that deliver technical advantage and significant value

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain management, or commodity management within the semiconductor or hardware technology industry
Experience negotiating commercial agreements with silicon providers
Experience with x86, ARM SoC, or GPU architectures and the broader silicon ecosystem

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree in a technical or business field
Understanding of silicon cost modeling and manufacturing processes
Proven track record of managing mission-critical projects with limited oversight
Ability to maintain established industry relationships and an understanding of the engaged landscape in the high-performance compute and Artificial Intelligence (AI) accelerator market
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive-level audiences
