Assist the Multi-Site Manager in all community operations with an emphasis on accounts payable and accounts receivable
Have direct contact with customers and maintain the customer service platform
Support and partner with the Multi-Site Manager, providing insight and feedback as needed
Enhance satisfaction levels with the residents
Create a welcoming, meticulous, and vibrant community
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Organized, self-motivated, and hardworking
Great people skills, high energy, and excellent at conflict resolution and customer service
Preferred
Bachelor Degree
