Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and value
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through technology evaluations and vendor decisions
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and creative outreach
Lead discovery conversations, present the advisory approach, and build an early-stage sales pipeline
Manage existing client accounts, including renewals, expansions, and ongoing account strategy
Collaborate closely with internal project managers and business analysts who oversee delivery and customer success
Share insights on sales approach, market trends, and process improvements to support continued growth

Required

2–6 years of experience in technology, SaaS, or IT services sales (e.g., SDR/BDR, Account Executive, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or VAR/MSP sales)
Proven experience with outbound prospecting, building a sales pipeline, and managing a quota
Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative communication style and high emotional intelligence
Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial environment with high visibility and personal ownership
Creative and resourceful approach to business development rather than high-volume dialing
Self-motivated, accountable, and driven by long-term client success

Preferred

Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus, but not required
