Responsibilities

Manages financial analysis, budgeting, and business planning activities

Monitors performance of staff to ensure goals and targets are met

Takes corrective actions as necessary

Oversees the daily operations of the Exchange and ensures execution of programs

Intervenes with military command elements which include command meetings (town hall, weekly, staff meetings), real property, master planning and protocol

Develops, trains, coaches and mentors managers and associates for future development

Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Ten years of progressive retail management experience and have at least one position as General Manager, Main Store Manager, Chief Region Business Officer, or similar in the last five years

Associate must obtain General Manager contracting authority within 7 days of assuming this role

Bachelor's degree and eight years of progressive retail management experience and have at least one position as a General Manager, Main Store Manager, Chief Region Business Officer, or similar in the last five years
