Above-average technical aptitude
Professional polish to communicate clearly with C-Suite level leadership
Strong understanding of asset management and life of equipment
Experience with long- and short-term capital planning
Management and supervisory experience with maintenance skilled trades
Exceptional customer service, relationship building and communication skills
Strong leadership skills with a focus on staff development and team building
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC
Valid driver's license and clear background
Well organized with a strategic mindset
Provide technical expertise in skilled trades
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrate the ability to assist employees and managers in identifying improvements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
