Responsibilities

Attend new referral source meetings

Maintain personal production goals

Develop and maintain Realtor relationships

Recruit Loan Originators at the discretion of the Branch Manager

Supervise and coach Loan Originators to ensure they are maintaining their production goals

Train the Loan Originators relative to proper sales techniques and standards, with appropriate follow-through

Monitor quality of loans originated by Loan Originators and ensure they are within company policy and guidelines. Also, monitor loan originators compensation plans and keep them in balance with production
