Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for home care positions
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to build a diverse candidate pool
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization
Work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create effective job descriptions
Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates throughout the process
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and manage the applicant tracking system
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and home care services
Qualification
Required
