Industrial Outside Sales Representative
Specialty Building Products is the leading distributor of specialty building products in North America, and they are seeking an Industrial Outside Sales Representative for the Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania area. The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving sales of lumber products to industrial and manufacturing customers.

Responsibilities
Complete prospecting activities to establish first and follow up appointments with customer decision makers through cold calls, lead generation, referrals, networking
Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers
Educate current customers on new products or product lines
Travel to customers and trade shows to present products
Must also maintain a current customer base
Qualification
Required
Three to five years of outside sales (business-to-business) experience, with lumber industry preferred
Must possess good business presentation, selling principles, negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication skills including service-oriented telephone manner
