Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or significant equivalent experience considered
5+ years of rapid web development, using HTML, JavaScript frameworks, CSS, Photoshop
Proven .NET experience as well as a solid understanding of Object Oriented Design and Programming
Proven solid experience in front end design and development with hands on experience in the leading JavaScript frameworks including Angular, JQuery, React (React JS, React Native), etc
Proven solid understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structures
Strong communication and writing skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate directly with peers, managers, and clients while leading development to a completed and successful solution across both technical and marketing groups
Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple timelines in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment

Preferred

Strong working knowledge in responsive web design and mobile first approaches
Experience working with all levels of an organization
Excellent technical and project management skills
Ability to creatively problem solve on own initiative
Excellent analytical skills, organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
Excellent communication (written & verbal), planning, interpersonal, project, and time management skills required
Excellent customer service skills and service oriented approach
Detail-oriented individual capable of working both independently and within a team
Ability to work in group setting and independently; ability to adjust to changing priorities
Must have schedule flexibility to support project deadlines and goals in support of the business
