Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end federal proposal development, including planning, writing, editing, and final submission

Produce clear, persuasive, and fully compliant proposal content aligned to RFP/RFQ requirements

Partner with SMEs to extract technical, management, and staffing inputs and translate them into compelling narratives

Interpret solicitation instructions and evaluation criteria to ensure strict compliance with FAR/DFARS requirements

Develop and manage proposal schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met

Contribute to win strategies, themes, and discriminators that strengthen competitiveness

Perform rigorous quality control reviews for clarity, consistency, and compliance

Maintain and evolve a proposal content library, templates, and reusable assets to improve efficiency
