Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Develops site monthly HR metrics presentation
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Present New Hire Orientation for new employees in partnership with Talent Acquistion
Collaborate with Operations to gain insights into business requirements and discover ways to enhance support
Address and resolve employee relations matters, including conducting thorough investigations
Support the implementation and development of HR policies and procedures

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Generalist role
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, etc.)
Experience conducting investigations and anything related to Employee Relations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in HRIS applications and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
