The Wall Street Journal, through its parent company NYP Holdings, is seeking an Audience Development Intern to support their digital content initiatives. This role involves assisting with audience data projects, optimizing newsletter lists, and collaborating with various teams to enhance audience engagement.

Responsibilities
Support audience data projects and assist with reporting and performance analysis
Help maintain and optimize newsletter lists, welcome journeys, and reengagement campaigns
Learn the Pushly platform, assist with performance tracking, and help execute push notification campaigns for our Sports+ product
Explore Facebook Ads Manager and support campaign setup and creative testing
Assist with article removal requests across our partner platforms as needed
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Social teams on audience growth initiatives
Identify insights and opportunities to improve engagement and clickthrough across audience touchpoints
Qualification
Required
Open to current juniors and seniors pursuing a BA, MA students, and recent graduates who completed their degree within the past year
An interest in audience development, with some experience in digital marketing or data analytics a plus
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Excellent analytical skills to review engagement patterns, find trends, and understand what drives engagement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you'll be working with various teams to make things happen!
