They are seeking a Bilingual Assistant Community Manager to support daily property operations, assist residents, manage rent collection, and handle leasing and administrative duties.

Human Resources

Responsibilities

Collect and post rent payments using Yardi or Onesite
Manage delinquent accounts and prepare late notices
Assist residents with questions and lease renewals
Process invoices, purchase orders, and deposits
Support leasing activities and community operations
Serve as backup to the Community Manager as needed

Qualification

Yardi experienceBilingual (Spanish & English)Apartment property managementCustomer service skillsAdministrative skills

Required

Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
2+ years of apartment property management experience
Strong customer service and administrative skills
Yardi or Onesite experience is required
Reliable, professional, and ready to start immediately
