Own the full recruitment funnel—from sourcing top-tier talent to delivering compelling offers
Act as the go-to resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on performance, policies, and professional growth
Assist in the coordination of HRIS data (ADP) with 100% accuracy while ensuring we stay ahead of labor law compliance
Help us turn a 'job' into a 'career' for our staff by driving engagement initiatives and positive workplace communications
Qualification
Required
2+ Years in the HR Trenches: You have a solid foundation in recruitment, employee relations, or HR support
ADP Expertise: You are comfortable navigating payroll systems and HR software
Discretion & Detail: You handle sensitive information with total confidentiality and have a 'get it right the first time' mentality
Growth Mindset: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to grow alongside a company that values integrity and service
