Deliver and install furniture according to customer specifications and company standards

Safely load and unload furniture from delivery trucks using appropriate equipment and techniques

Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery schedules, address any concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the service provided

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, installations, and customer interactions

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to delivery, installation, or customer satisfaction. Provide training and assistance to junior staff as needed

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing job duties

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize delivery and installation processes and improve overall customer satisfaction
