Responsibilities

Master a proven sales process to close deals and drive results
Build your sales pipeline and engage with leads through phone, text, email, and social media
Match customers with their dream units by identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions
Create buzz by participating in dealership events, promotions, and show to drive new business
Foster and maintain strong connections with customers to encourage referrals and repeat sales

Required

A positive, can-do attitude with a hunger to learn, grow, and win
Comfortable using sales tools, social media, and technology
Neat, clean, and professional appearance
Availability to work Saturdays

Preferred

Background in sales or customer service
Experience in a dealership setting
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
