Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
6-8 years of experience with Oracle Time and Labour
Proficiency in creating and managing custom interfaces and system integration
Strong analytical skills to document and analyze custom code changes
Experience in developing custom code based on business requirements
Strong functional knowledge of Time, Attendance, and Labor Forecast and Schedule Optimization
Preferred
Experience with Workbrain and Infors WFM tool
SQL proficiency
Knowledge or hands-on experience in migrating from different systems into Infor WFM
