Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a commercial real estate location
Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activities
Assist with visitor management, including verifying identification and issuing visitor badges as required
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols
Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter potential security-related issues
Communicate and collaborate with building management, tenants, and Allied Universal team members as needed
Document and report any security-related incidents, unusual occurrences, or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel
Assist with emergency response activities, including following evacuation procedures and providing guidance to occupants during critical situations
Qualification
Required
Customer service experience is preferred
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
