Responsibilities

Assess the current cybersecurity landscape, perform gap analyses, and implement a tiered strategy to strengthen enterprise security and compliance maturity
Lead a team of five across SOC, Identity & Access Management (iDAM), Governance/Risk/Compliance (GRC), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and security training
Partner closely with legal and executive leadership to build and enforce a comprehensive document retention program
Drive initiatives in DLP, data governance, and risk management while balancing regulatory, business, and resource constraints
Champion innovation and guide the organization into responsible adoption of emerging technologies, including AI

Required

15+ years of progressive IT or cybersecurity leadership, with experience developing and executing enterprise-level security strategies
Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks such as PCI, PII, GDPR, and gaming or hospitality compliance
Proven ability to navigate complex corporate and political landscapes, collaborating across legal, compliance, and executive functions
Hands-on experience implementing and managing DLP, data governance, and retention programs
Strong leadership presence with a forward-leaning, decisive approach that balances strategy and operational delivery
