Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop a team of Product Managers, providing coaching, mentoring, and career development
Manage and prioritize customer product feedback and ideas, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Partner with customer care organization to resolve critical issues
Collaborate with Cloud management to ensure successful SaaS experience and platform stability
Drive roadmap direction from both planning and execution perspectives, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision
Serve as Product Owner for a subset of features, defining requirements and guiding development teams
Lead release team management, including new release enablement and support for Ajera product initiatives
Partner with engineering and UX leadership to define, design and bring new features to market
Guide product decisions using both qualitative customer insights and quantitative metrics

Required

7+ years of experience with Deltek Ajera
Proven success partnering with cross functional teams
