Responsibilities
Maintain and update client records in Oracle
Set up new clients and upload MSAs and SOWs into Agiloft
Prepare and process engagement letters (backup support)
Upload e-filing acceptances in UserVerse
Mail taxpayer copies to clients, including certified mail
Scan and process documents as needed
Support DocuSign workflows
Provide backup coverage for front desk operations
Assist with expense reporting for principals
Coordinate travel reservations for principals as needed
Provide general administrative and processing support as backup for current staff
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
3+ years of administrative experience required
Prior experience supporting tax teams or working in a tax environment is required
Oracle (required)
Adobe (required)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work in a deadline-driven tax environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong grammar and punctuation
Proven ability to handle highly confidential information
Strong customer service skills with professionalism and discretion
Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and external clients
Process improvement mindset
Collaborative team player willing to provide backup support when needed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Professional services firm experience strongly preferred
