Account Executive-Attorney Network
TRC Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to expand their attorney network and strengthen existing partnerships. The role involves managing relationships with personal injury attorneys, overseeing the sales cycle, and ensuring client satisfaction through collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities
Build, manage, and maintain relationships with personal injury attorneys and law firms within assigned territory
Serve as the primary point of contact for attorney partners regarding service needs and issue resolution
Educate attorneys and law firms on company’s medical coordination services and how these solutions support client care and case efficiency
Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, lead qualification, proposals, and closing new partnerships
Identify market opportunities using industry trends, competitor insights, and territory feedback
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, agreements, pipeline activity, and performance metrics
Conduct in-state travel throughout South Carolina (occasional out-of-state or overnight travel as needed)
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within legal industry
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for statewide travel
Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with attorneys and internal teams
Preferred
Healthcare or legal industry experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred
