Network180 is a behavioral health community organization responsible for delivering mental health and substance abuse treatment services in Kent County. They are seeking a Help Desk/System Support Technician to provide first-line problem resolution for users, support PC deployments, and handle system monitoring and upgrades.

Handle any network-related issues and upgrades

Qualification

Computer Information SystemsTroubleshooting Windows PCsMicrosoft OfficeSQLCustomer serviceMulticultural environmentCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field
Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for job related use
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational skills
Any combination of education, training and experience providing the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred
Experience troubleshooting Windows PCs preferred
Experience with SQL a plus but not required
Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities of bridging language/cultural barriers to network180 services within diverse communities preferred
