Fulfillment Associate ( Temp-Perm )

PlanITROI is a company focused on global reverse logistics and IT Asset Disposition. They are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join their warehouse and fulfillment team, ensuring all outbound orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Information Technology

Responsibilities

Execute daily fulfillment and shipping operations to ensure all outbound orders meet accuracy and carrier deadlines (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
Pick, label, and prepare products according to order specifications and company standards
Assemble cartons, boxes, and packaging materials to ensure products are protected during transit
Verify product types, quantities, and serial numbers against picking lists and shipping documentation
Perform final quality checks on all outbound shipments prior to carrier pickup
Generate and attach shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and other required documentation for domestic and international shipments
Maintain accurate shipping records and update internal systems to track order status
Identify, document, and report shipment discrepancies, damages, or issues to management
Update inventory systems and Excel spreadsheets to track inventory levels and low-stock items
Organize and maintain a clean, efficient, and safe shipping and fulfillment workspace
Monitor inventory levels of shipping supplies (boxes, tape, labels, etc.) and communicate replenishment needs
Adhere to OSHA standards, company safety policies, and warehouse procedures
Support additional warehouse or operational tasks assigned

Required

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in shipping, fulfillment, and warehouse operations (eCommerce or distribution environment preferred)
Hands-on experience with outbound shipping processes and carrier systems (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-based environment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the entire 8-hour shift
Ability to lift 35 lbs. as required
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
Must be able to safely operate basic warehouse equipment

Preferred

Experience in eCommerce or distribution environment
