Responsibilities

Conduct environmental inspections prior to automation workstation installation

Perform installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of automated instruments

Update software, debug scripts, and ensure optimal system performance

Provide technical training to customers on instrument usage and best practices

Offer after-sales support, including maintenance, repairs, and follow-ups

Maintain detailed service records and ensure timely reporting of service activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction

Required

Bachelor's degree or above in Biology, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Physics

Ability to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting independently

Strong communication, Mandarin speaking is a plus

Willingness to travel across the East Coast for on-site service, and travel to Mainland China for training
