The Exchange is seeking a Shift Manager for their USAFA Express location. In this role, you will assist customers, ensure product availability, and enhance the overall shopping experience while managing store operations and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations

Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory

Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction

Supervises, trains, develops and schedules associates for current positions and future growth

Maintains compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules and regulations

Performs other duties as assigned

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK- SAT & SUN:0600-2130, MON-FRI:0600-2000 INCLUDING HOLIDAYS AND 2 DAYS OFF A WEEK. SCHEDULE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITH PROPER NOTICE DUE TO THE OPERATIONAL NEEDS OF THE FACILITY
