Responsibilities

Manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and cash application

Assist with purchasing and accounts payables

Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and account analyses

Assist in preparation of the monthly reporting package

Analyze financial data and prepare reports to assist management in decision-making

Monthly sales tax reconciliation

Manage relationships with key B2B customers including PO processing, pricing updates, and maintaining agreements

Manage payroll administration and processing

Assist with recruitment and the onboarding of new employees

Oversee employee benefit programs and ensure market competitiveness
