Responsibilities

Responsible for the generation, prioritization, and processing of the behavioral health support schedules
Create the weekly schedule
Fill staffing needs
Assign PRN staff
Makes recommendations for rearranging staff based on Manager and Supervisor input

Required

Ability to independently manage time and priorities
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Must be able to perform detailed activities and have good organizational skills
Must exemplify patience in dealing with employees
Must have good command of English grammar and excellent telephone skills
Must show flexibility in working assigned weekends and shifts
High School Diploma or GED: High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Preferred

UKG experience is a plus
Two (2) years of college education preferred
