Responsibilities

Learn to be a Piedmont Door Technician: Install, repair, and maintain doors, turnstiles, revolving doors, and other entrance or security products

Take initiative: Proactively assist in projects, demonstrating autonomy in a high-expectation, low-supervision environment to drive project success

Learn and adapt: Embrace the opportunity to learn techniques from your trainer, building on existing skills and showing a desire to grow

Maintain professional worksite: Ensure a clean, organized, and professional worksite, paying attention to detail, taking pride in workmanship, and solving problems for customers

Work with office staff: Order and track parts, materials, and time spent on services

Required

License: Must possess an unrestricted and valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Education: Must have a high school diploma or GED

Tests: Successful completion of a background check and drug screen required. COVID-19, flu, and other vaccinations may be required

Preferred

Experience: Comfortable using power tools and hand tools - personally or professionally. Preference for having worked with carpentry, electric, military, HVAC, or similar
