Senior ServiceNow Engineer
Bell Tower is focused on empowering growth-driven companies through innovative workforce management and AI-enabled people operations. They are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to serve as the technical owner and lead engineer for the ServiceNow platform, responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing various elements of the platform while guiding its evolution toward automation and AI readiness.
Responsibilities
Serve as technical owner and lead engineer for the ServiceNow platform
Design, develop, and enhance:
RITMs
Service Catalog & Catalog Requests
Incident, Problem, Change
CMDB (modeling, relationships, data quality)
Virtual Agent / Bot workflows
Develop and maintain custom workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and integrations
Support and enhance ServiceNow integrations, including:
ClickUp (project linkage)
Enterprise systems (future roadmap integrations)
Guide platform evolution toward automation-first and AI-ready architecture
Partner with Infrastructure, Service Desk, Security, and Application teams to align ServiceNow with operational needs
Enforce platform governance, best practices, and technical standards
Mentor administrators and junior developers
Own platform upgrades, testing, and release management
Act as a trusted technical advisor to leadership on ServiceNow capabilities and roadmap
Qualification
Required
100% on-site in Johns Creek, GA (Remote/Hybrid Not Available)
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow expertise in architecture, configuration, and customization at enterprise scale
Proficiency in related technologies and tools, such as scripting (JavaScript, Glide), APIs, and integration methods
Experience with troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues within the ServiceNow platform
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and address business needs effectively
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic working environment
Preferred
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is highly desirable
