Responsibilities
Manage and organize all warehouse operations (inventory, shipping, receiving, stocking)
Monitor and maintain parts inventory levels for HVAC field staff
Oversee deliveries and equipment staging for daily service jobs and installs
Create and implement warehouse procedures that increase efficiency and reduce waste
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
Lead a small warehouse team and coordinate with service/install departments
Qualification
Required
3+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience (HVAC or trades industry a major plus)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Solid understanding of inventory control and basic warehouse systems
Leadership experience with a positive, can-do attitude
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
