Director/ExecutiveScutiW AI is launching a new online, remote-based school offering future-focused programs in technology, business, and education. They are seeking an experienced and visionary Program Director and Faculty member to help establish, lead, and deliver high-quality online academic programs while supporting U.S. accreditation and licensure processes.

Responsibilities
Provide academic leadership for programs within the new online school
Design, develop, and review curriculum for online delivery aligned with U.S. academic standards
Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses remotely
Lead and mentor faculty and instructional staff
Support institutional and programmatic accreditation and licensure processes in the United States
Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and accrediting body requirements
Assist with documentation, reporting, assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support student engagement, mentoring, and academic success in an online environment
Contribute to the strategic growth and innovation of the remote-based online school
Qualification
Required
Master's or Doctoral degree in AI, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, Business Innovation, Theology, Ministry or a closely related field
Demonstrated teaching experience in higher education or professional education
Strong understanding of online education, remote teaching practices, and educational technologies
Familiarity with U.S. accreditation, licensure, or regulatory compliance (institutional or programmatic)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
Direct experience working with U.S. regional or national accrediting bodies
Experience supporting state authorization, licensure, or compliance (e.g., distance education requirements)
Prior experience as a Program Director, Academic Coordinator, or similar leadership role
Experience launching or managing online or remote academic programs
Curriculum development, accreditation reporting, or assessment experience
Background in Theology or Ministry preferred
