Qualification
Required
Maintain active registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
NMLS Number
Valid and current Driver's License
Preferred
Associate's degree or higher preferred
Experience with FHA, VA, and Fannie Mae
Experience with Construction loans
