Responsibilities
Assist senior Attorneys with finalizing a broad array of corporate documents
Assist with private equity, venture capital and general corporate matters
Entity formation, M&A, divestitures
Review documents for accuracy and completion
Collecting signatures and collate documents for execution
Run project checklists; create and maintain spreadsheets
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of corporate legal experience from a law firm
All Attorneys must be barred, in good standing, in the state in which they are going to be performing the work
Solid project management skills
Strong command for the use of Excel
Technical skills with an aptitude for learning new programs
Preferred
Exposure to cross-border transactions
