Responsibilities
Independently manage Electrical Engineering activities throughout all phases of electrical development and equipment design for significant and complex projects
Assess the work of less experienced engineers
Provide technical guidance and coordinate manpower for the Electrical Engineering staff assigned to one or more projects
Assist in evaluating and reviewing candidates for hiring
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering or equivalent working knowledge
Fully proficient in all conventional aspects of Electrical Engineering
Capable of applying independent judgment to evaluate, select, and adapt standard design engineering criteria, methods, and procedures
Strong understanding of Project Management requirements, including staffing and scheduling
A 4-year degree in Electrical Engineering
P.E. license
