Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the customer service team to meet performance and service goals

Serve as an escalation point for complex customer concerns and service failures

Utilize reporting tools for insights that highlight KPIs such as on-time performance, service failures, and volume trends to identify risks, opportunities, or strategic shifts in the customer’s freight network

Work closely with our sales team to expand revenue by exploring all opportunities with our current key customers

Identify trends and opportunities, formulate strategies to maximize profitability, and drive enhancements that increase customer satisfaction and business growth

Lead tracking and holding the team accountable with communication to our customers on any load issues and resolutions

Manage daily workflow, desk coverage, and team capacity to ensure service consistency during peak volumes and off-hours

Assist in developing and training for any new system implementation

Facilitate collaboration between customer service and brokerage teams to solve problems and deliver customers' goods on time
