Responsibilities
Assist customers and service technicians in locating and purchasing the correct parts for Acura vehicles
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage and organization of parts
Process orders, returns, and warranty claims timely and accurately
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain necessary parts and ensure timely delivery
Provide product knowledge training and support to dealership staff when needed
Maintain a clean and safe parts department work area
Navigating websites is expected
Qualification
Required
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, especially Acura or related brands
Proficiency with inventory management software and computer systems
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Previous experience in automotive parts counter or related retail environment
Knowledge of Dealertrack and DMS
Knowledge of working with computer and tablets
