Responsibilities
Respond to associate inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and leaves of absence via phone, email, and dashboard reports
Provide guidance on medical and personal leave, pay during leave, coordination with state disability and family leave programs, and job protection
Document call summaries and transactions in the ServiceNow case management system
Ensure compliance with company, state, city, and federal regulations, including FMLA, ERISA, state disability, family leave, and sick leave policies
Perform accurate and timely leave administration using dashboard reports to manage workload
Cross-train to support changing business needs
Complete special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent — REQUIRED
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Exceptional customer service and follow-through
Ability to maintain confidentiality and apply privacy standards
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and systems
Ability to work effectively on a team while remaining flexible
Strong knowledge retention and resource utilization skills
Ability to work under pressure
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree — Preferred
1–2 years of related experience — Preferred
